Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Brent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gianni Visnadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brent kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is David Brent - 'Life on the Road'. Visnadi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Blind by Korn. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Brent!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gianni Visnadi!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Visnadi moves out of range of the strikes.
We've been hearing reports that Brent has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Brent scores with a crisp jab that stopped Visnadi in his tracks.
Visnadi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Visnadi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brent moves out of range of the body kick.
Brent fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Visnadi manages to avoid it.
Brent scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Visnadi closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Brent quickly recovers to half guard.

Brent is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

That was a close second round but I would say that David Brent will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Visnadi felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
