Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Howard Stern (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dawid Roznicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stern's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Great American Nightmare. Roznicz has chosen Gangsta's Paradise as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roznicz manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Stern on his heels. He'll look to pass Stern's guard now, I'm sure.

Stern is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Stern escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Roznicz gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Stern looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Roznicz passes into side control.
Stern sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Roznicz trying to mount his opponent but Stern defends it.
Roznicz stops Stern from getting back to his feet.
Stern wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stern is looking for a sweep. Roznicz is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Stern has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Roznicz is working away from the top position though.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Stern wants to stand and escape but Roznicz is having none of it.

Stern had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Roznicz defends it easily.
Stern seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Stern throws his legs up looking for a submission but Roznicz uses it to pass to side control.

Roznicz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stern keeps working.

Roznicz moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Stern.

Roznicz throws an elbow but Stern slips to the side and avoids it well.
Stern is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Stern's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Roznicz throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stern was covering up waiting for the punch and Roznicz finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Howard Stern really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Milwaukee's Best 160 (85% laundry) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
