The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Yves DeLean.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandes throws a jab but it's blocked by De Moraes.
Fernandes has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Fernandes tries to close the distance and clinch but De Moraes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
De Moraes connects with a body shot that sends Fernandes's belly button to the back.

and De Moraes counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
De Moraes takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Edvan De Moraes's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Edvan De Moraes's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Raf Fernandes really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that VIRAL COMBAT logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
