The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from The Wrench both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Shaun Goodman has been cut.

The Wrench closes the distance and pushes Goodman back into the cage.
The Wrench works on Goodman's body with a couple of short punches.
Goodman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The Wrench wants to get back to striking at distance but Goodman won't allow it.

The Wrench is trying to pull guard but Goodman has him pressed against the cage.
Goodman wants to break the clinch but can't.
The Wrench tries to circle away but Goodman has him pinned against the cage.
The Wrench is pressed up against the cage. Goodman has hold of a leg and is looking to drag The Wrench down to the mat. The Wrench avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
The Wrench throws a right and a left that both miss.
The Wrench misses with a head kick.

The Wrench takes the fight into the clinch.

The Wrench lands a nice shot to the body.
Goodman is breathing heavily.
The Wrench is trying to pull guard but Goodman turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Goodman is trying to break the clinch but The Wrench is controlling him.

The Wrench pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The Wrench throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
The Wrench plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Goodman to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Goodman just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
