Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Lowery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Foxtrot Flannigan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flannigan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Flannigan showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lowery.
Lowery lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Flannigan circles away quickly and effectively.

Flannigan throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lowery tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Flannigan is in Lowery's guard.

Flannigan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Flannigan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lowery wants to stand but Flannigan is controlling the position.
Lowery keeping moving, preventing Flannigan from controlling successfully.
Flannigan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Flannigan connects with a couple of short punches.
Flannigan is pushing down on Lowery's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lowery is fighting to maintain full guard but Flannigan has managed to sneak the leg through.

Flannigan seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Lowery is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
