Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ben Carson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Bradley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carson comes into the arena with Young Rook- Street Fighter blaring out of the sound system. Eric Bradley has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ben Carson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eric Bradley! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Carson has a takedown stuffed. Carson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Bradley clinches with his opponent.
Bradley gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Carson regains guard.
Carson kicks Bradley off and gets to his feet. Horrible takedown by Carson or perhaps it was just good defense by Bradley which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ben Carson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Carson gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Carson is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Carson wants to sweep but no luck. Carson is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Bradley dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bradley landing strikes. Bradley tries to move to mount but Carson blocks the move with his legs. Carson seems a little lost for a moment, as Bradley dominates the positioning. Bradley is putting a hurting on Carson here, landing some big shots from side control. Bradley is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Bradley sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Carson is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Carson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bradley's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Bradley sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Carson defending well though.

Carson is breathing heavily. Bradley seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bradley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Carson does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Carson wants to control but Bradley is keeping busy and won't allow it. Bradley is nestled in close to Carson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Carson is trying to stand.
Bradley is just content to waste time from the top position. Carson takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Bradley must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Bradley missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Carson keeping moving, preventing Bradley from controlling successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Carson is looking for a triangle but Bradley pushes his legs off easily.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bradley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bradley works his way into full mount! Bradley lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Carson is rocked! Bradley wants to control the pace but Carson is squirming around nicely. Bradley looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley with a couple of short strikes. Oh Carson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Bradley sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Carson seems to have got his legs back now. Bradley lands a big elbow. Bradley with the ground and pound from mount. Carson is squirming around, avoiding Bradley's attempts to control the action. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Carson keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Bradley dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Bradley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Carson trying to keep a closed guard but Bradley is proving a slippery customer.

Eric Bradley has got the better of the ground game so far. Bradley seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Carson has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Carson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bradley keeps working. Bradley wants to get back to his feet but Carson drags him back down. Bradley is trying to get back to half guard. Bradley manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Bradley moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bradley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bradley is looking for a triangle but Carson pushes his legs off easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bradley is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bradley is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bradley looking for a sweep. Not yet Bradley, not yet. Bradley thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Carson trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Bradley throws a nice looking combination but Carson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bradley gets a takedown into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bradley wants to stand up but Carson has a hold of him and won't allow it. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bradley connects with a nice short shot to Carson's temple. Bradley throwing shots but Carson is blocking nicely. Bradley is trying to control the action in half guard but Carson is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bradley not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Carson tries to get to full guard but Bradley has control of the leg. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bradley thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Bradley throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eric Bradley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! And we move into the final round!
A right-left combo lands from Bradley. Carson shoots and misses and Bradley counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bradley. Carson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Bradley is one step ahead there. Carson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bradley controls the pace. Bradley with a nice head shot there. Carson is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bradley throws a strike but Carson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Bradley is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bradley can do anything to dispel that myth.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bradley shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Carson tries to hold on but Bradley postures up. Bradley with a couple of short strikes.

Bradley escapes and throws Carson's legs to the side, diving into side control! Bradley creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bradley is looking to advance position but Carson won't allow it. Bradley lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Ben Carson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Carson keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Carson shoots and misses and Bradley counters with a single leg into guard. Carson didn't expect that. Bradley stopping the sweep attempt from Carson. Bradley stands up from Carson's guard - Bradley perhaps looking for a knockout. Carson misses with a few strikes there.
And that's the end of the fight! Eric Bradley comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bradley has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
