The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogdanov closes the distance and clinches up with Morrison, looking for a takedown. Bogdanov pushes Morrison against the cage but Morrison circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Bogdanov is defended easily by Morrison.
Bogdanov shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Morrison but Morrison pushes him off and we're back to square one.
David Morrison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vova Bogdanov.

Morrison fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bogdanov sprawls well initially but Morrison persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
