Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Phillips (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Grove (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alex Grove will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Phillips fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Phillips gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Phillips takes one to the chin there. Grove moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Phillips goes down! Can Grove finish him!? The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Grove looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Grove throws a nice looking combination but Phillips bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Grove can do anything to dispel that myth. Phillips controlling from the full mount.
