The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Church tries to clinch but Woodley is having none of it.
Church shoots in looking for a takedown. Woodley tries to sprawl out of it but Church keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Woodley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Church will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Church shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Woodley but Woodley pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Church changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Woodley tries to avoid it but Church manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Woodley to the ground. Woodley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sinclair Church.
