Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Al Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal Baker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snow lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Jamal Baker has been cut.
Sloppy strikes from Snow. Those never looked like landing.
Baker fails to land with a series of punches.
Baker lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Al Snow has been cut.
Baker works Snow's body with a nice hook.
A big right from Snow misses.
Baker tries to bum rush Snow with a series of wild strikes but Snow uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Snow jabs Baker right on the nose. Baker blinks but takes it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Snow missing with a left hand there. Baker was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Snow avoids a punch combination nicely.
Snow closes the distance and clinches.

Baker throws a nice looking combination but Snow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Jamal Baker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Snow takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Snow throws a head kick that misses.
Baker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Snow circles away quickly and effectively.

Snow misses the jab.
Baker scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Snow slips a jab from Baker.

Snow is rocked!
A shot to the liver by Baker. Beautiful body shot.
Oh Snow is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Snow has a takedown stuffed.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Baker has cracked Snow with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Baker lands another huge swinging hook and Snow tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Snow, before Baker can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jamal Baker!
