Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Adam Kemp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Zalachenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zalachenko has chosen Fistfull of Credit Cards as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
38 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Kemp! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Zalachenko! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zalachenko swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kemp takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kemp swings for the body but Zalachenko moves out of range.
Zalachenko throws a hook to the side of Kemp's head but Kemp sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kemp scoring well with a low kick there.

Zalachenko misses with a straight left. Zalachenko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Zalachenko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Kemp momentarily.
Zalachenko has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Kemp thumps Zalachenko with a low kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kemp throws a head kick that half lands.

Alexander Zalachenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kemp avoids the body shot from Zalachenko.

Alexander Zalachenko has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Kemp lands a right hand. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Kemp.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Adam Kemp. Well Kemp has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
