Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Benny Caine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Bzdunek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bzdunek has chosen Kilka ostatnich krokow as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Benny Caine! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, John Bzdunek! The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Daniel Cesar and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Caine dodges the punch combination from Bzdunek.
Bzdunek throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Caine. Bzdunek throws a hook to the side of Caine's head but Caine sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Caine shoots for a takedown but Bzdunek saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Caine slips under a jab. Bzdunek looks to land a right hand but Caine moved out of range. Bzdunek misses with an uppercut. Bzdunek misses with a wild combination.
Bzdunek misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bzdunek swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Caine closes the distance and clinches up with Bzdunek, looking for a takedown. Caine pushes Bzdunek against the cage but Bzdunek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Bzdunek misses with an uppercut. Bzdunek looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bzdunek throws a hook but Caine avoids it easily. Caine moves out of range as Bzdunek strikes. Bzdunek throws a right and a left that Caine avoids nicely. Caine gets the takedown into side control. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Caine working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Bzdunek prevents Caine from moving into mount. Caine tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Caine has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Caine goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Bzdunek has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Caine but great work by Bzdunek. Caine tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bzdunek wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Caine is working hard here to advance position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Caine is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Caine actively working from the bottom here. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Caine wants to sweep but Bzdunek has passed to side control! Caine is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bzdunek decides to take the fight back to the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Benny Caine dominated that round. That's time! Caine's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Caine fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bzdunek avoids it really well and circles away. Bzdunek lands a slapping body shot.
Caine walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Caine defending well as Bzdunek loads up on a big left hand. Bzdunek fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bzdunek misses with a looping left. Bzdunek lands with a nice combination. Caine backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Benny Caine has been cut. Caine closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Bzdunek prevents Caine from moving into mount. Bzdunek wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
That's one minute gone in the round. Caine is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bzdunek has escaped the position, nice work there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Caine tries to advance to mount but Bzdunek denies him. Bzdunek gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Caine looking for a guillotine from mount but Bzdunek is having none of it. Caine goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Bzdunek is on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bzdunek stands and steps away. Caine gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. John Bzdunek is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bzdunek throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Caine. Caine fails to land the takedown. Bzdunek tries to bum rush Caine with a series of wild strikes but Caine uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bzdunek throws out a loose jab but Caine uses good head movement to avoid it. Bzdunek throws a hook but Caine blocks it. Caine steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bzdunek. Caine shoots in and drives through. Bzdunek sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Benny Caine. That's going to take a lot out of him. A slow jab from Bzdunek misses its intended target. Caine ducks under a wild hook from Bzdunek. Caine slips under a jab. Some wild striking there from Bzdunek.
Bzdunek stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Bzdunek wants it to stay on the feet. Bzdunek scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Bzdunek sizes up Caine with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice body punch from Bzdunek. Bzdunek tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Caine was well out of range. Poor timing from Bzdunek. John Bzdunek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bzdunek misses with a looping left. Bzdunek lands the left hand. Bzdunek pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Caine back to the cage. Bzdunek follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Caine is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bzdunek lunges at Caine with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Caine's hand. Oh Caine is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bzdunek ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Caine out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Bzdunek! John Bzdunek is the new bantamweight champion! John Bzdunek decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
