Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakamoto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Petit's waist but Petit gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sakamoto off to one side.
Petit throws a right and a left that Sakamoto avoids nicely.
Sakamoto drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Sakamoto forces his way into half guard.
Sakamoto is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Petit defends it well.
Petit slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Petit has Sakamoto pulled in close to control his posture.
Petit manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Petit is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Sakamoto can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Sakamoto is in all sorts of trouble here.
Petit looking to control but Sakamoto is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Petit tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Sakamoto.
Petit in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Sakamoto tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Petit!
