Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Martin Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jensen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Killing in the name of.... This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Martin Jensen! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Mason! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice body punch from Jensen. Mason lands a jab.
It looks like Martin Jensen has been cut. Jab by Mason. Jensen with a jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Jensen throws a body shot but no joy. Jensen misses with a hook. Jensen scores with a nice right hand.
Nice defenses there by Mason. Mason misses with a wild combination.
Mason moves out of range of the strikes. Jensen lands a head shot. Good shot there by Jensen. Jensen getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Jensen is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Mason throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Jensen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mason was well out of range. Poor timing from Jensen. Mason throws an overhand right that lands on Jensen's shoulder, as Jensen tries to avoid the shot. Mason looks to score with a jab to the body but Jensen is just out of range. Martin Jensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice defenses there by Jensen. Jensen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Jensen lands with a shot to the body. Jensen cracks Mason with an open hand slap. Mason has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Jensen throws a jab when Mason was well out of range. Jensen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mason.
Mason with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Jensen to score with a decent uppercut. Jensen ducks under a wild hook from Mason. Jensen misses the shot to the body. Jensen tries to sprawl but Mason drives through with a takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mason throws a strike but Jensen avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Mason trying to control but Jensen is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mason accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mason has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jensen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mason is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jensen pulls down on the head and he's put Mason to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Martin Jensen! Martin Jensen retains his super heavyweight title! Martin Jensen tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
