Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Derek The Brave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Irvin Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Harlem Shake. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Brave throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ross was covering up waiting for the punch and The Brave finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The Brave lands a couple of elbows.
The Brave stops Ross from standing up.

and The Brave counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Ross!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The Brave wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ross keeps working.

Ross shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as The Brave sprawls well. The Brave wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ross gets slowly back to his feet.

Ross wants to get back to his feet but The Brave is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The Brave might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The Brave stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ross swivels though and keeps the full guard.
