The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Makarenko motions for Perosh to come forward. Makarenko throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Perosh pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Perosh takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Some bone on bone action there as Perosh checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Perosh cracks Makarenko with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Makarenko throws a head kick that misses.
Nice defenses there by Makarenko.
Perosh has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Makarenko is landing a low percentage of strikes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Makarenko tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Perosh was well out of range. Poor timing from Makarenko.
Cyril Makarenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Makarenko throws a push kick but Perosh slaps the foot to one side.
Makarenko looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Makarenko fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Perosh.
Makarenko cracks the inside of Perosh's front leg.
Perosh will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Perosh blocks the body kick.
Makarenko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Perosh throws a leg kick
and Makarenko counters with a solid body kick.
Perosh rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Makarenko moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Makarenko thuds his shin into the meat of Perosh's side.
Perosh misses with a straight right.
Makarenko throws a body kick that misses.
Makarenko scores with a nice head shot.
Makarenko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Perosh.
Perosh throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Makarenko moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
It looks like Jeremy Perosh has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Makarenko tries to land a front kick but Perosh steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Makarenko misses with a body kick.
Makarenko connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Perosh tumbling to the canvas! Makarenko pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Perosh was done - good stoppage!
