Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rodrigo Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Loko Forever (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rodrigo Diaz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Loko Forever! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diaz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Diaz tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Forever swivels and escapes. Forever fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Diaz closes the distance and clinches up with Forever, looking for a takedown. Diaz pushes Forever against the cage but Forever circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodrigo Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Diaz stuffs the takedown attempt from Forever. Forever gets slowly back to his feet. Forever throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Diaz's waist but Diaz gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Forever off to one side. Loko Forever seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Forever throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Forever has managed to clinch.
Forever pulls guard. Diaz stops Forever from standing up. Diaz would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Forever tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Forever, up you get! Forever swings and misses with a shot to the body and Diaz counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Diaz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Diaz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The strikes coming from Diaz are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Diaz working the body and head with strikes. Diaz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Forever keeps working. Forever is trying to get back to half guard. Diaz works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Forever is looking for a sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Forever can't do much from the bottom here. Diaz moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Diaz is looking to take a break and control but Forever is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Diaz working the ground and pound. Forever parries the strikes from Diaz easily there. Diaz is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Forever to escape.

He has the arm isolated but Forever is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Diaz goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Forever rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Diaz's guard! Nice work there by Forever!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diaz striking off his back but it's not causing Forever any problems. Forever stands and throws Diaz's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. You can see the frustration on Diaz's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Forever working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Diaz struggling a bit here. Diaz is looking for a sweep.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Diaz is breathing heavily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Forever stands up and beckons Diaz to his feet. Forever changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Diaz tries to avoid it but Forever manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Diaz to the ground. Diaz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Forever. Forever lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. No luck with that takedown attempt from Forever. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rodrigo Diaz dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Forever misses with a wild combination.
Rodrigo Diaz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Diaz darts in and clinches Forever up against the cage. Forever is trying to drag Diaz to the mat but Diaz just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Forever has Diaz pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Diaz manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Forever fails to pull guard.
Rodrigo Diaz has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Loko Forever. Forever's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Forever throws a sloppy head kick and Diaz moves out of range easily. Forever darts in and clinches Diaz up against the cage. Forever prevents a takedown attempt there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Forever stops a takedown attempt from Diaz.
Diaz is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Forever pulls him back up using the underhooks. Forever breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Diaz tries to clinch there but Forever circles away.
Diaz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice takedown defense from Diaz. No joy for Forever on that attempt. Forever is breathing heavily. Diaz misses with a takedown attempt - Forever sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Diaz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Forever tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Diaz is in Forever's guard. Diaz is looking to work some ground and pound but Forever has wrist control. Diaz postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Diaz postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Forever controls Diaz momentarily but Diaz frees himself. Diaz looking to sit in guard and control but Forever gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Diaz bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Forever's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Diaz is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Forever is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Forever has escaped and now he's on top! Rodrigo Diaz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Forever decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diaz shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Forever shoots for a takedown but Diaz saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Forever slaps away a takedown attempt from Diaz, before circling back to the center of the mat. Some wild striking there from Forever.
Forever lands a front kick. Diaz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Forever's waist but Forever gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diaz off to one side. Forever moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Diaz shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Forever defends it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Diaz is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Forever. Forever lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Forever takes the fight into the clinch. Forever manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Forever tries for a takedown but Diaz sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Diaz is looking to clinch but Forever is avoiding it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Loko Forever showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Diaz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Diaz clinches. Forever lands a left hand.
Diaz jumps guard but Forever turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Forever jumps guard.
Forever keeping moving, preventing Diaz from controlling successfully. Forever working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Diaz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Diaz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Diaz trying to control but Forever is working from the bottom. Diaz looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Diaz working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Forever's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diaz wants to control from the top but Forever keeps moving. Diaz stops Forever from standing up. Forever takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Diaz trying to control but Forever is working from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rodrigo Diaz. Forever tests Diaz's chin there with a solid looking shot. Diaz misses with a takedown attempt - Forever sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A head kick misses from Forever. Forever fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Diaz, pushing him back against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diaz looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodrigo Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him. Forever tries to pull guard but Diaz won't allow it.
Forever decides to pull guard. Diaz postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Forever has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Diaz is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Forever is trying to push Diaz away but Diaz has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Forever gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Diaz.
Forever's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Forever shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Diaz rushes Forever and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diaz works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Diaz stands up from Forever's guard - Diaz perhaps looking for a knockout. Diaz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Forever looks to land a right hand but Diaz moved out of range. Nice sprawl there from Diaz as Forever shoots in. Diaz rushes Forever and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Diaz has Forever pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Forever manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Diaz has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Forever avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Forever is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Diaz is trying to drag Forever to the mat but Forever just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Forever lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Diaz. Diaz tries to pull guard but Forever holds him up against the cage and eventually Diaz drops back down to his feet.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Forever takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Diaz has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Forever after a bit of a struggle. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Forever pulls Diaz into guard.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rodrigo Diaz. I think Diaz has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
