Delarosa misses with the body kick
and Russell counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Russell tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Delarosa smiles and moves away.
Delarosa lands a big right hook! Russell looks hurt but is still standing! Delarosa lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Russell falls down and Delarosa dives in with a huge hammer fist! Russell's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Delarosa runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Case Delarosa!
A relieved looking Case Delarosa thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
