The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aldo throws a body punch but Slavonsky moves out of range.
Aldo shoots in and gets a takedown into Slavonsky's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Slavonsky had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Aldo defends it easily.
Slavonsky working for submissions but it's allowed Aldo to get to half guard.

Aldo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Slavonsky has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Aldo has managed to get both his arms back between Slavonsky's legs - danger averted.
Slavonsky is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Aldo rolls with it to try and escape but Slavonsky cranks on the arm and Aldo is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
