Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Romualdinjo Zinandinjo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Julius Karneres!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karneres scores with a nice head shot.
Zinandinjo uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Karneres.
Karneres fails with an attempt to clinch.

Karneres drops Zinandinjo with a right and a left! Karneres comes rushing in but Zinandinjo regains his composure and manages to keep Karneres in guard.


Zinandinjo is rocked!


It looks like Romualdinjo Zinandinjo has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Karneres has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Zinandinjo is proving hard to escape from.
Oh Zinandinjo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zinandinjo tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zinandinjo pulls Karneres in close to prevent any damage.
Zinandinjo seems to have got his legs back now.
Zinandinjo is looking to stand up but Karneres isn't so interested in that idea.

We're going to have a standup here because Romualdinjo Zinandinjo wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Zinandinjo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Karneres gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Zinandinjo blocks an uppercut.

Karneres escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Karneres thuds his right hand into Zinandinjo's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Karneres throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Zinandinjo slips a jab from Karneres.
Zinandinjo throws a head kick that misses.
Zinandinjo fails with an attempt to clinch.
Karneres misses the shot to the body.
Zinandinjo slips a jab from Karneres.
Zinandinjo throws a right hand that Karneres ducks under and follows up with a left that Karneres also avoids with ease.
Zinandinjo shoots in looking for a takedown. Karneres tries to sprawl out of it but Zinandinjo keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Karneres manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Karneres looks to land a right hand but Zinandinjo moved out of range.
Julius Karneres seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Karneres throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Zinandinjo tumbling to the canvas!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zinandinjo pulls Karneres in close to his closed guard and prevents Karneres from doing any damage or advancing position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Karneres thows a left - swing and a miss!

Karneres waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Zinandinjo. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Zinandinjo to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Zinandinjo is trying to control the position but Karneres postures up.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Zinandinjo looking for a guillotine here but Karneres defends easily.
Zinandinjo is pulling down on Karneres's head to control his posture.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Karneres looks to land a combination but Zinandinjo avoids it well.
Karneres lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Zinandinjo at a distance.
Karneres misses with a double jab.
Zinandinjo tries to clinch but Karneres moves out of range.
Zinandinjo is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Karneres just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Zinandinjo has gone limp and this one is over!
