The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Irwin rushes Delarosa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Irwin stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Irwin lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Irwin manages to break the clinch.
Irwin thows a body kick. Delarosa tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Irwin swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Delarosa.

Irwin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Delarosa.
Delarosa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Irwin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Delarosa throws a series of punches but Irwin moves out of range.

Irwin avoids a punch combination nicely.
Irwin lands a high kick!
It looks like T J Delarosa has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Irwin misses with an uppercut
and Delarosa counters with a one-two to the body.
Irwin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Delarosa at a distance.
Philip Irwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Delarosa has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Irwin.
Irwin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Irwin drops Delarosa with a naaaaasty hook - Delarosa is in real trouble here! Irwin dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
