Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Gordon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fernando Martinez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gordon clinches up with Martinez and pushes him back against the cage.
Martinez wants to take the fight to the mat but Gordon manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Gordon changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Martinez fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Martinez takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Gordon definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Gordon fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Martinez shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Martinez was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Gordon tries to buck Martinez off but Martinez is having none of it.

Martinez throws a series of punches but Gordon moves out of range.
Martinez has closed the distance and engaged Gordon in a clinch.
Martinez is fighting off a takedown attempt but Gordon is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Martinez to the mat. Martinez regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gordon is desperately trying to improve his position but Martinez has a good base and remains in mount.
