Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Altman Patrik!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Olsen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Patrik counters with a nice double leg into side control. Olsen won't be happy with that.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Patrik decides to stand back up. Patrik steps back and let's Olsen get back to his feet.
Patrik gets a takedown into half guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

It looks like Patrik might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Olsen trying to keep hold of his opponent's head but Patrik manages to pass to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Patrik tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Patrik is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Olsen is surviving well by controlling Patrik's body position as best he can.

Patrik's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Olsen wants to hold on but Patrik pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Patrik is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Olsen can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Patrik lands a nice shot to the head.
Olsen is rocked!

Patrik won't let Olsen get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Olsen is working to get back to half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Olsen wants to control but Patrik is having none of it.
Patrik with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.

Patrik has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Olsen's face.
Oh Olsen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Olsen tries to hold on but Patrik postures up.
Olsen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Patrik drops a big elbow. That's hurt Olsen! More shots from Patrik and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
