Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Steele (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Dudeson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dudeson has chosen One Piece OST - The Very, Very, Very Strongest as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Max Steele! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Max Dudeson! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steele clinches up against the cage. The referee calls for Steele to work.
Dudeson is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Dudeson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Steele pulls him back up using the underhooks. Steele prevents a takedown attempt there.
Max Steele has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max Dudeson. Steele crunches a lovely knee into Dudeson's ribcage. Steele really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Steele unloads a knee to the mid-section. Dudeson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Steele tries to land knees in the clinch but Dudeson avoids the damage to the body. Steele is leaning against Dudeson and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Steele is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dudeson gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Dudeson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Steele keeps control of Dudeson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dudeson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dudeson takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Max Dudeson has been cut. Steele is trying to break free. Steele leaning his opponent against the cage. Steele lands a knee to the body.

Steele tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dudeson smiles and moves away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Steele looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Steele lands a head kick that stumbles Dudeson and the fighters go to the mat.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Steele stands up from Dudeson's guard - Steele perhaps looking for a knockout. Dudeson is still on wobbly legs! Can Steele finish him? Dudeson tries to clinch up but Steele circles away and keeps his distance. Dudeson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dudeson seems to have recovered his senses. Dudeson shoots in and drives through. Steele sprawls well. Max Steele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A head kick misses from Steele. Steele clinches up against the cage. Steele escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Steele doesn't manage to clinch there - Dudeson circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Steele looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Steele is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steele looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Dudeson shoots for a takedown but Steele saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Dudeson shoots in looking for a takedown. Steele tries to sprawl out of it but Dudeson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steele manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Dudeson shoots in and drives through. Steele sprawls well. Dudeson looks gassed! Steele looks to clinch and Dudeson counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Steele! Steele really wants to buck Dudeson off and get back to his feet. Dudeson is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Steele has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Steele! Dudeson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Steele will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Steele stands up and waves to Dudeson to follow him. The fight moves into the clinch position. Steele landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Steele holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Steele tries to land knees in the clinch but Dudeson avoids the damage to the body. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Steele clinches up with Dudeson and pushes him back against the cage. Steele gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Dudeson.

Steele tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dudeson swats him away and circles back towards the center. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dudeson blocks a jab. Steele scores with a shot to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round. Steele will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Dudeson up against the cage. Steele is trying to break the clinch but Dudeson has him pressed against the cage. Steele lands a nice knee to the body. Dudeson wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Steele breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Dudeson circles away from the clinch attempt.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Dudeson moves into the clinch. Steele controlling the action here for a moment.
Steele gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. Steele stalling in the clinch but Dudeson improves position. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Steele takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Steele tries a knee to the head but Dudeson blocks it.

Dudeson wants to stand and escape but instead Steele has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Steele stands up from Dudeson's guard - Steele perhaps looking for a knockout. Dudeson shoots in but Steele avoids the takedown attempt easily. Steele tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Dudeson counters with a single leg into guard. Steele didn't expect that. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dudeson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steele swivels though and keeps the full guard. Steele scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Max Dudeson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dudeson cracks Steele with a nice body shot. Dudeson breaks from the clinch.
Steele is looking to clinch. Steele wants to clinch and Dudeson counters with a head kick. That will keep Steele thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
And that's the end of the fight! Max Dudeson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Steele has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
