Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anthony Dinozzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Thorpe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dinozzo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dinozzo the Womanizer. The crowd seem to be enjoying Thorpe's choice of entrance music: Tom Sawyer by Rush. Anthony Dinozzo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

18 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Scott Thorpe! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dinozzo takes the fight into the clinch. Dinozzo has Thorpe pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Dinozzo pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Thorpe tumbling to the mat - Dinozzo dives into Thorpe's guard. Dinozzo tries to stand but Thorpe is controlling from the bottom. Dinozzo in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Dinozzo trying to control the position from guard on top but Thorpe is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Thorpe is working an open guard so Dinozzo takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Thorpe scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

The ref stands the fighters back up because Anthony Dinozzo just wasn't active enough. Thorpe slaps away a takedown attempt from Dinozzo, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dinozzo darts in looking for a takedown but Thorpe gets double underhooks and turns Dinozzo into the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Thorpe wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Dinozzo jumps guard but Thorpe turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Anthony Dinozzo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dinozzo gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Dinozzo throws an elbow that misses. Thorpe uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Dinozzo's guard. Nice move by Thorpe! Thorpe drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dinozzo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Thorpe has Dinozzo in his guard. Dinozzo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Dinozzo connects with a couple of short punches. Dinozzo has gone for a leg lock! Thorpe slips out almost immediately though and dives into Dinozzo's guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Dinozzo is looking for a triangle but Thorpe pushes his legs off easily.
Dinozzo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Thorpe must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Dinozzo keeping moving, preventing Thorpe from controlling successfully. Thorpe is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Thorpe makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Thorpe wants to control from the top but Dinozzo keeps moving. Thorpe tries to free his leg and advance position but Dinozzo is retaining full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Thorpe with a nice cross. Dinozzo shoots in and drives through. Thorpe sprawls well. Anthony Dinozzo is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Thorpe misses with a takedown attempt and Dinozzo counters with a head kick. Thorpe fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Thorpe slaps away a takedown attempt from Dinozzo, before circling back to the center of the mat. Thorpe shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dinozzo makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dinozzo. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dinozzo working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Thorpe has passed into half guard!

Anthony Dinozzo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Dinozzo regains full guard. Nicely done. Thorpe looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Dinozzo is staying active underneath Thorpe, who seems content to just control the action from this position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Thorpe missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Dinozzo shoots in for a takedown but Thorpe shows good takedown defense. Dinozzo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Thorpe has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Dinozzo shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Thorpe has hold of Dinozzo's hands but Dinozzo slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Dinozzo wants to pass to mount but Thorpe is defending the position. Thorpe looks like he's trying to stand up.
Thorpe has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Dinozzo is on him like a limpet, forcing Thorpe back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thorpe's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. No luck for Dinozzo with that takedown attempt. Thorpe moves into the clinch successfully.

Thorpe pivots, looking for a leg kick but Dinozzo is out of range and Thorpe settles back down. Scott Thorpe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Thorpe shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dinozzo's guard. Thorpe has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Dinozzo to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Thorpe is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Dinozzo pulls down on the head and he's put Thorpe to sleep! This one is all over!

After the big win, Anthony Dinozzo made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Das Labor and telling the interviewer how much he loves him. In defeat, Scott Thorpe stepped up to the mic, saying 'I need more PEDs for the next fight. Who's got the od juice?'.
