Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Shelton Ramirez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcin Tybura!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tybura pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Tybura rushes Ramirez and presses him up against the cage.
Ramirez jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tybura walks away with a smile on his face. Ramirez gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Ramirez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tybura pinned against the cage. Tybura gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Tybura misses with a low kick.
Tybura throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tybura misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Tybura instigates a clinch.

Tybura's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ramirez shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tybura pinned against the cage. Tybura gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shelton Ramirez. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tybura pushes Ramirez up against the cage in a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Tybura manages to break the clinch.
Ramirez tries to clinch up but Tybura circles away and keeps his distance.
Ramirez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Ramirez shoots in for a takedown but Tybura shows good takedown defense.
Marcin Tybura is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tybura waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ramirez.

Ramirez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Tybura is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Ramirez presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Ramirez tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Tybura is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Ramirez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ramirez has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.


It looks like Shelton Ramirez has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tybura lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Ramirez crumples to the floor! Tybura milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Marcin Tybura!
