Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Milan Noble!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Frenkie Semeno!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noble has taken the fight to the clinch.
Semeno breaks the clinch.
Frenkie Semeno seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Semeno dives in and scores a takedown into Noble's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Noble tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Semeno wants to control from the top but Noble keeps moving.
Noble trying to keep a closed guard but Semeno is proving a slippery customer.
Noble is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Frenkie Semeno hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Semeno shoots in and drives through. Noble sprawls well.
Semeno tries for a takedown but Noble sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Noble has managed to clinch.

Semeno changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Noble fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Milan Noble has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Frenkie Semeno.

Noble could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Semeno throws out a leg kick but Noble moves out of range and Semeno only half commits.
Semeno shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Noble as he avoids it easily.
Semeno is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Noble's half guard.
Noble is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Noble missing with punches from the bottom.

Noble manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Noble gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Semeno to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Semeno is posturing up here but Noble has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Semeno tries to roll out but it's too tight and Semeno has to tap! Slick submission there by Noble!
