Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jeffery Winshire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuri Solovynov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeffery Winshire is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeffery Winshire! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Yuri Solovynov! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winshire throws a predictable looking body shot
and Solovynov counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Winshire thinking. Winshire swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Winshire throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Solovynov tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Winshire is in Solovynov's guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Winshire's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Winshire lands a couple of elbows. Winshire controls from within his opponent's guard. Winshire loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Winshire has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winshire is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Winshire is working Solovynov over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winshire trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Winshire accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Winshire postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Winshire connects with a couple of short punches. Winshire lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Winshire stays in close to Solovynov's body and controls the position. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Winshire working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Solovynov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Winshire to score an easy takedown into full guard. Winshire with a flurry of punches that miss. Winshire tries to free his leg and advance position but Solovynov is retaining full guard. Winshire's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Winshire is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Solovynov can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Winshire controls the pace. Winshire throwing strikes but missing.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Winshire shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Winshire was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Solovynov tries to escape but Winshire is in control. Solovynov is being controlled here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Winshire working the ground and pound. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Check out the look on Winshire's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Winshire staying calm. Solovynov tries to improve position but can't. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeffery Winshire dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Winshire waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Solovynov. Winshire fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Winshire throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Winshire throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Solovynov moves away from the strike by Winshire. Winshire throws a body shot but no joy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Solovynov keeps the fight on the outside. Winshire gets in close and instigates a clinch. Solovynov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Winshire walks away with a smile on his face. Solovynov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Solovynov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Winshire throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Winshire shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Solovynov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Winshire is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Solovynov can do to turn this around? Winshire scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Winshire is looking to work some ground and pound but Solovynov has wrist control. Solovynov can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Winshire controls the pace. Winshire makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Winshire sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's two minutes gone in the round. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Jeffery Winshire overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Winshire throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Solovynov works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Winshire landing some decent shots from guard. Winshire controlling from the top position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Winshire accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Winshire is working Solovynov over with some ground and pound from side control. Winshire wants to lay and pray for a moment but Solovynov keeps working. Winshire working the head with strikes.
Solovynov is rocked! Winshire is staying tight to Solovynov's torso, preventing him from escaping. Solovynov is still in real trouble! Can Winshire finish him? Solovynov takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Winshire just content to control the position.

Winshire cracks Solovynov with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Winshire immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Solovynov is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Winshire!
