The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hobbs tries to close the distance and clinch but Petronovich swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Petronovich is looking to score with low kicks.
Hobbs tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Petronovich counters with a good low kick that Hobbs was not able to check.
Petronovich throws a right hand that misses
and Hobbs counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Petronovich scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Hobbs moves into full guard.

Hobbs has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Petronovich should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Hobbs has tightened it up now! Petronovich should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
