32 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, The Dos Equis Guy! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dos Equis Guy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Dos Equis Guy smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Neely lands a right hook to the body.
Neely connects with a body shot that sends Dos Equis Guy's belly button to the back. Dos Equis Guy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Neely was well out of range. Poor timing from Dos Equis Guy. Dos Equis Guy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Neely sees it coming and avoids it easily. Dos Equis Guy tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Dos Equis Guy misses with a straight right. Neely bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dos Equis Guy's head backwards. Neely steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dos Equis Guy. Neely just misses with a punch to the body.
Neely scores with a slapping inside leg kick. This has been an exciting period of action! Dos Equis Guy throws a hook but Neely blocks it. Dos Equis Guy throws a head kick that misses. The Dos Equis Guy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dos Equis Guy gets tackled into the cage by Neely. Neely maintains the clinch. Dos Equis Guy tries to throw a body punch but Neely avoids it by throwing Dos Equis Guy back against the cage. A short right from Neely on the inside. Neely jumps guard but Dos Equis Guy stands there with Neely around his waist. Neely gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round. Dos Equis Guy tries to land knees in the clinch but Neely avoids the damage to the body. A head punch on the inside from Neely fails to land. Dos Equis Guy goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Neely scores with a nice hook to the head. Neely blocks a body shot from Dos Equis Guy. Neely lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dos Equis Guy or not. Dos Equis Guy working Neely over with knees to the body. Dos Equis Guy with an attempt at a knee that misses.

Dos Equis Guy tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Neely has picked Dos Equis Guy up - he's going for a ride! Neely dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. This has been an exciting period of action! Neely prevents Dos Equis Guy from improving his position. Neely wants to lay and pray for a moment but Dos Equis Guy keeps working.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dos Equis Guy is looking to improve his position.
Neely trying to pass the guard but Dos Equis Guy defending well. Neely passes to full mount! Neely punishing his opponent with strikes. Neely punishing his opponent with strikes. Dos Equis Guy tries to reverse the position but Neely maintains control. BOOM! Neely connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Neely dominating with strikes here. Dos Equis Guy is looking to improve his position but Neely isn't that keen on the idea. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Neely cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That's three minutes gone in the round. Neely can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dos Equis Guy is looking to escape. Neely lands a couple of good shots and Dos Equis Guy has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Dos Equis Guy is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Neely is hanging on to Dos Equis Guy's back as he tries to escape.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Neely is punishing Dos Equis Guy with some ground and pound. Neely misses with a punch to the head. Neely throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Dos Equis Guy!
Dos Equis Guy is still in real trouble! Can Neely finish him? Neely definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Neely trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Neely lands a big punch and Dos Equis Guy is covering up! Another big shot separates Dos Equis Guy from consciousness and this one is all over!
