Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Conor McCracken! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Cain! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cain's corner calls for a 1-2. Cain obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Cain punishes McCracken's body with a nice straight punch. Cain digs a good body shot into McCracken's ribs. McCracken takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Cain swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Cain misses the shot to the body. Cain misses with a looping left. This has been an exciting period of action! McCracken bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Cain lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Cain thuds a left hand into McCracken's body. Cain misses with a few strikes there.
Jack Cain seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cain connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. McCracken slips a jab from Cain. Cain throws out a powerful jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCracken takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Cain displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McCracken. Cain scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Cain lands with a hook. McCracken tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Cain scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. McCracken moves out of range as Cain strikes. Nice body punch from Cain. McCracken staying out of range there. Cain gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows McCracken to score an easy takedown into full guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. McCracken passes Cain's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. McCracken sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Cain defending well though. Cain is trying to maintain the position but McCracken is very close to passing his half guard. McCracken seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Cain is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Conor McCracken! Our winner, Conor McCracken, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
