The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Andrew Berry and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Of Rivia swings widly with a right hand
and Scrooge counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Of Rivia misses with a left hand
and Scrooge counters with a right hand to the body.
Scrooge misses the shot to the body.
Scrooge swings for the body but Of Rivia moves out of range.
Of Rivia throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Scrooge lands a nice looking body shot.
Scrooge fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Of Rivia avoids it really well and circles away.
Scrooge ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Of Rivia moves away.
Scrooge dives in for a single leg takedown but Of Rivia sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Of Rivia works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Scrooge is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Of Rivia lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Scrooge misses with a hook to the ribs.
Scrooge tries to work over Of Rivia's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
That's one minute gone in the round.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Scrooge.
Of Rivia stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Scrooge is trying to break the clinch but Of Rivia is controlling him.
Of Rivia lands a left hand that snaps the head of Scrooge backwards.
Scrooge tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Scrooge has a couple of punches blocked by Of Rivia.
Of Rivia is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Scrooge has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Of Rivia's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Of Rivia throws a jab when Scrooge was well out of range.
Of Rivia moves out of range as Scrooge throws a body kick.
Of Rivia throws a lazy right hand but Scrooge sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Of Rivia misses with a looping left.
Scrooge slips a jab from Of Rivia.
Of Rivia loads up on a big right hand but Scrooge slips the punch.
Of Rivia throws an overhand right that lands on Scrooge's shoulder, as Scrooge tries to avoid the shot.
The fighters circling - Of Rivia throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Of Rivia clobbers Scrooge with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Scrooge staying out of range there.
Of Rivia moves into range and connects with a jab.
Scrooge is rocked!
Scrooge misses with a shot to the body
and Of Rivia counters with a big right hand! Oh Scrooge is in trouble here! Of Rivia follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Geralt Of Rivia took to the mic after the fight and begged the organizational hierarchy for a shot at the title.
In defeat, Sebastian Scrooge stepped up to the mic, saying 'I should have bought my supplements from LOPS!
