Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jordan Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Erik Pablos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ramirez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Soulja Boy Tell'em - Pretty Boy Swag. Erik Pablos has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pablos fails with the takedown.
Ramirez misses with the combination.
Ramirez moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Ramirez tries to bum rush Pablos with a series of wild strikes but Pablos uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
A nice combination there by Ramirez.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
No joy there for Ramirez, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

We've been hearing good reports from Ramirez's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Pablos has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Ramirez is proving hard to escape from.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Erik Pablos hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Pablos does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ramirez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pablos circles away quickly and effectively.
Ramirez is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Pablos can do to turn this around?

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ramirez lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Pablos has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Pablos and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ramirez, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
