The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hallava misses with an uppercut. Belenkiy saw that one coming.
Hallava misses with a low kick.
Belenkiy thuds his right hand into Hallava's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Belenkiy shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hallava eats them both and turns towards Belenkiy to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Belenkiy throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hallava takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hallava throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A jab from Belenkiy finds it's way through Hallava's defenses.
Belenkiy lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Hallava backs up against the cage.
Hallava throws a head kick that misses.
Hallava throws a leg kick which misses Belenkiy's front leg but catches the back leg as Belenkiy tries to avoid it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Belenkiy scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Hallava misses with a double jab.
Belenkiy moves into range and connects with a jab.
Hallava misses with a series of wild punches.

and Belenkiy counters with a three punch combo that has Hallava backing up. Hallava nods at Belenkiy to acknowledge the strikes.

and Belenkiy counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Hallava thinking.

Belenkiy swings away with a body shot that misses
and Hallava counters with a good low kick that Belenkiy was not able to check.

Hallava tried to score with a low kick but Belenkiy checks it.

and Belenkiy counters with a stiff right hand.
The fighters circle momentarily. Belenkiy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Belenkiy cracks Hallava with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Hallava takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Belenkiy lands a nice looking body shot.
Hallava's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Belenkiy connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hallava scrambles back to his feet.
Hallava is still on wobbly legs! Can Belenkiy finish him?
BAM! Belenkiy delivers a spinning backfist that drops Hallava like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
