Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ruben Cameron!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Billy Thunder!
The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunder swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cameron counters by moving into the clinch.
Thunder has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Cameron after a bit of a struggle.
Cameron taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Thunder is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Thunder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Thunder swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cameron counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Thunder's guard now.
Cameron wants to get up but he can't break Thunder's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Cameron really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Cameron throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Cameron trying to stand up but can't free himself from Thunder's guard.
Cameron knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Thunder on the ground.
Thunder bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cameron's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thunder drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Thunder jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Thunder advances to half guard.
Thunder moves into full mount! Cameron won't be happy about that!
Thunder breaks from Cameron's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Thunder postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cameron looks a forlorn figure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Thunder with shots to the head and body - Cameron looks very uncomfortable down there.
Cameron is squirming around, avoiding Thunder's attempts to control the action.
Thunder lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Cameron hang on?
Cameron is rocked!
Thunder controlling the position easily from mount.
Oh Cameron is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Thunder cracks Cameron with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
