Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hunter Risley! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Risley drives through with a takedown into guard. Townsley wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Risley manages to pass to side control. Risley slows the pace down in half guard. Risley decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet. Risley looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Townsley! Risley is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Townsley will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
That's one minute gone in the round. It looks like Risley might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Townsley prevents Risley from moving into mount. Risley stands up. Risley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Risley stands up from guard. Let's bang! Townsley closes the distance and clinches up with Risley, looking for a takedown. Townsley pushes Risley against the cage but Risley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Risley wants to clinch but Townsley slips to the side and Townsley counters with a two punch combo. Risley tries to clinch but Townsley moves away enabling Townsley to counter with a crisp jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Risley misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Risley tries to clinch up. Townsley shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Risley pinned against the cage. Risley gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Risley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Risley decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Risley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Risley trying to control the action but Townsley is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Townsley tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. Townsley controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Risley is not going to allow Townsley to sit and survive in this position. Risley patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Risley has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Risley looking for the choke from the back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Townsley is trapped and Risley is scoring with shots to the head and body. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Risley missing with strikes from the back. Risley is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
Risley is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Risley controlling well, preventing Townsley from escaping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hunter Risley dominated that round. That's time! Townsley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Risley pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Risley throws a head kick that misses. Risley drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Risley content to stall in guard here. Risley is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Risley lands a couple of digs. Risley is in close to Townsley's body, working some short punches and elbows. Risley controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Risley is pushing down on Townsley's leg trying to pass to half guard. Townsley is fighting to maintain full guard but Risley has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's one minute gone in the round. Risley controlling the action here. Risley passes to full mount! Risley sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Townsley looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Risley controls the position. Risley is controlling the position but Townsley somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Townsley on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Townsley tries to get out of the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Hunter Risley. Risley shoots in and bounces Townsley off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Risley trying to control the position from guard on top but Townsley is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Townsley working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Risley.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Risley wants to control from the top but Townsley keeps moving. Risley drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Risley jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Risley controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Townsley is looking to stand up but Risley isn't so interested in that idea. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Risley is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Risley stands up from Townsley's guard - Risley perhaps looking for a knockout. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hunter Risley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Townsley's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Risley fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Townsley avoids it really well and circles away. Townsley moves into the clinch successfully.

Risley has clasped his hands together around Townsley's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Risley advances to mount. Risley trying to control but Townsley is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Risley cracks Townsley with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Risley is working for a guillotine from mount but Townsley frees his head quite easily.
Townsley wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Townsley is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Townsley is squirming around, avoiding Risley's attempts to control the action. Risley is in the full mount, landing strikes. Risley takes Townsley's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Townsley is in trouble. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Risley is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
