Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boone Straud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Von Slater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Straud comes to the cage accompanied by 140 ounsers!. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Boone Straud! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Von Slater! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Straud closes this distance looking for a takedown but Slater circles away. Slater throws a hook but Straud blocks it. Slater is looking to land body kicks. Straud blocks a leg kick. Horrible takedown attempt by Straud or perhaps it was just good defense by Slater, which made it look bad. Straud tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Slater defends well and Straud ends up having to push Slater into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boone Straud. That's going to take a lot out of him. Slater lands a right hand that snaps the head of Straud backwards. Slater escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Slater drives through and clinches with Straud against the cage.
Straud swings wildly with an uppercut but Slater uses good head movement to avoid it. Slater tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Straud just stands there and leans against the cage. Slater has a couple of punches blocked by Straud.
Straud blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Slater manages to pull guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Straud advances position into side control!
That's one minute gone in the round. Slater manages to get back to half guard. Straud sitting and controlling from the half guard. Slater looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Straud content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Slater is trying to control but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Slater makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Slater. Slater is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Straud is aware though and is defending well. Slater has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Straud can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Slater looking to control.
Straud wants to pass the guard but Slater is keeping the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Slater looking for a triangle here. Straud is fighting it but it looks tight! Slater pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Straud is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Von Slater!
