The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nakalinzi misses with a low kick as Brandao jumps back.
Brandao throws a hook to the side of Nakalinzi's head but Nakalinzi sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nakalinzi lands a jab to the head.
We've been informed that Brandao has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Brandao has a takedown stuffed.
A head kick misses from Brandao.
Nakalinzi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Brandao.
Nakalinzi throws a sloppy head kick and Brandao moves out of range easily.

Brandao cracks Nakalinzi with a left hook right on the temple and Nakalinzi goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Brandao lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Nakalinzi is OK!
