Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rowdy Rousey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ognovian Fabronsaeuga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rousey's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bad Reputation. Ognovian Fabronsaeuga has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Rowdy Rousey's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rowdy Rousey! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ognovian Fabronsaeuga! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fabronsaeuga leaves Rousey with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Rousey lands a leg kick that knocks Fabronsaeuga off balance momentarily. Rousey tries to clinch up. Fabronsaeuga feints and as Rousey raises his hands in defense, Fabronsaeuga changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Fabronsaeuga cracks Rousey with a solid left hand. Fabronsaeuga postures up.
Fabronsaeuga engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Fabronsaeuga passes Rousey's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Rousey is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fabronsaeuga's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fabronsaeuga's back! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rousey throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rousey is hanging on to Fabronsaeuga's back as he tries to escape.
Will Rousey go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
Rousey has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Fabronsaeuga has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Fabronsaeuga is in bad spot here.
Fabronsaeuga is trying escape back to his feet. He turns into his opponent's guard and eventually finds his way back to his feet. Fabronsaeuga shoots in and gets a takedown into Rousey's guard. Fabronsaeuga controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Fabronsaeuga stands and throws Rousey's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rousey is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fabronsaeuga is putting a hurting on Rousey here, landing some big shots from side control. This has been an exciting period of action! Fabronsaeuga working the head with strikes. Fabronsaeuga just content to control the position. Rousey is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Fabronsaeuga controlling from side mount. Rousey is looking to reverse the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fabronsaeuga tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. The referee asks Fabronsaeuga politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Fabronsaeuga prefers to stall for the moment though. Fabronsaeuga's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Fabronsaeuga working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Fabronsaeuga scores with punches from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rousey gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Rousey is in a horrible position here. Fabronsaeuga smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Fabronsaeuga landing strikes, looking to finish! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fabronsaeuga controlling from the full mount. Fabronsaeuga jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Rousey is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Rousey and Fabronsaeuga has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Fabronsaeuga taking a breather here. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rousey wants to control but Fabronsaeuga postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ognovian Fabronsaeuga dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Rousey will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Rousey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fabronsaeuga tries to avoid it but Rousey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fabronsaeuga to the ground. Fabronsaeuga escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rousey shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rowdy Rousey. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rousey shoots and misses and Fabronsaeuga counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Fabronsaeuga looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Ognovian Fabronsaeuga was stalling too much, according to the referee. Fabronsaeuga shoots in and gets a takedown into Rousey's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rousey has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Fabronsaeuga can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Fabronsaeuga landing with the ground and pound. Fabronsaeuga sitting in guard, not really doing much. Rousey is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fabronsaeuga postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fabronsaeuga is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Fabronsaeuga scoring with punches to the head and body. Rousey trying to control the position.
Fabronsaeuga is stalling in the full guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Fabronsaeuga postures up and lands a big shot to Rousey's brow. Fabronsaeuga is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fabronsaeuga closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Rousey quickly recovers to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rousey works his way to full guard. Good work. Rousey is looking to stand up but Fabronsaeuga isn't so interested in that idea. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Fabronsaeuga is stalling in the full guard. Fabronsaeuga with a nice head shot there. Rousey looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fabronsaeuga controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Let's hope that Fabronsaeuga has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Ognovian Fabronsaeuga has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Fabronsaeuga avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fabronsaeuga gets the takedown into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ognovian Fabronsaeuga showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Fabronsaeuga closes the distance and clinches. Rousey fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Rousey has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Fabronsaeuga is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Rousey drags the fight down to the ground.
Fabronsaeuga looking to pass the guard. Fabronsaeuga has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rousey controls Fabronsaeuga momentarily but Fabronsaeuga frees himself. Fabronsaeuga is stalling in the full guard. Fabronsaeuga wants to pass the guard but Rousey is keeping the position. Fabronsaeuga is looking to advance position but Rousey has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Rousey is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Fabronsaeuga has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Rousey can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Fabronsaeuga is looking to escape. Fabronsaeuga is working to get back to half guard.
Fabronsaeuga tries to improve his position but instead Rousey has taken his back! Rousey is controlling the position but Fabronsaeuga somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rousey is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Fabronsaeuga sees it coming and defends easily. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Fabronsaeuga trying to control from the bottom.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Fabronsaeuga. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Fabronsaeuga gets full guard. Fabronsaeuga wants to sweep here but Rousey controlling him for the moment. Fabronsaeuga is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Rousey won't allow Fabronsaeuga to sweep him here. Rousey tries to stand but Fabronsaeuga is controlling from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fabronsaeuga working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rousey doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rousey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Rousey got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fabronsaeuga has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rousey has managed to get both his arms back between Fabronsaeuga's legs - danger averted. Rousey has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Fabronsaeuga to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Rousey is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Fabronsaeuga pulls down on the head and he's put Rousey to sleep! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ognovian Fabronsaeuga! Ognovian Fabronsaeuga spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
