The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodrigues shoots and misses
and Osis counters with a straight right hand.
Rodrigues shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Osis defends it nicely.
Osis gets the takedown into side control.
Osis stands up.
Rodrigues misses with a takedown
and Osis counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ivo Osis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Vitor Rodrigues.
Osis shoots in and gets a takedown into Rodrigues's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Osis trying to control but Rodrigues is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rodrigues circles away from the clinch attempt.
Osis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Rodrigues paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Osis gets the takedown into side control.
Rodrigues manages to work his way to half guard, despite Osis's best efforts.
Osis is trying to control the action in half guard but Rodrigues is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Rodrigues regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Osis.
Osis is posturing up here but Rodrigues has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Osis tries to roll out but it's too tight and Osis has to tap! Slick submission there by Rodrigues!
