PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samuel Adams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohamed Ahmed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mohamed Ahmed told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ahmed cracks Adams with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ahmed looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Adams is fending him off so far but Ahmed persists. Nope, Adams circles away and we're back to standing.

Adams shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ahmed manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Adams is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Nonprofit Vegas Elite $50 ($1000 value) that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
