Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tim Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eye Land (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter comes to the cage accompanied by Galneryus - Everlasting. Eye Land has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Tim Hunter's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eye Land!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter throws a series of punches but Land avoids them all with ease.
Land just misses with a punch to the body.
Land throws a head kick that half lands.
Hunter swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Land stuffs the takedown.

Land lands a big head kick that sends Hunter tumbling to the mat! Land takes a step backwards and waves Hunter back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hunter is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Land moves out of range of the strikes.
Oh Hunter is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hunter loads up on a big right hand but Land slips the punch.
A thudding body kick lands there by Land!
Hunter moves out of range of the body kick.
Hunter blocks a head kick by Land.
Hunter seems to have got his legs back now.
Land throws a body shot but no joy.
Land fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hunter is out of range.
We've been told by Hunter's head coaches at Real Fighter GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Land moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hunter thumps Land with a low kick.
Hunter tries to clinch but Land is having none of it.
Land shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Hunter is looking to clinch.

Hunter checks a low kick from Land.
Hunter tries to clinch but Land moves away
and Land counters with a nice body kick.
Hunter defending well as Land loads up on a big left hand.
Hunter tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hunter jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Hunter looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Land is fending him off so far but Hunter persists. Nope, Land circles away and we're back to standing.
Land keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Hunter.
Hunter stalks Land and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Land's face. Land staggers backwards, shaken.

Land is trying to get back to full guard.
Hunter keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hunter slips a nice elbow through Land's hands, connecting with Land's forehead.
Land trying to control but Hunter postures up.
Hunter lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Hunter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Land's head.
Hunter seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

Hunter prevents Land from improving his position.

We're going to have a standup here because Tim Hunter wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Hunter fails to land with a series of punches.
Land throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hunter doesn't manage to clinch there - Land circles away.

Land rushes Hunter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hunter managing to block the knees to the body from Land.
Hunter tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Land lands a knee to the body.

Hunter is trying to trip Land. He has hold of a leg but Land is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Hunter persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hunter wants to control from the top but Land keeps moving.

Hunter tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Land's elbow.

Land throws a leg kick which misses Hunter's front leg but catches the back leg as Hunter tries to avoid it.

Hunter tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Land paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Land throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Land throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hunter.

Hunter misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Hunter tries to clinch but Land moves out of range.
Hunter moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Eye Land seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Hunter misses with a wild combination.
Land connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Land throws a wild body kick that Hunter sees coming a mile off.
Hunter looks to land a left hand but Land moved out of range nicely.
Land scores with a leg kick.
Hunter keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A head kick from Land lands but Hunter takes it in his stride.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
