Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wilbur Bradshaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diert Allheinz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wilbur Bradshaw!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Diert Allheinz!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Alec Ball.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allheinz swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Allheinz throws a right and a left that Bradshaw avoids nicely.
Bradshaw fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Diert Allheinz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Allheinz bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Allheinz wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bradshaw keeps working.

Allheinz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Bradshaw defends it well.

Allheinz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Allheinz thows a huge punch but Bradshaw dodges it nicely.

Allheinz closes the distance and pushes Bradshaw back into the cage.
Allheinz is looking to break free of the clinch but Bradshaw has double underhooks.

Bradshaw's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Allheinz dives in and scores a takedown into Bradshaw's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


A shot to the liver by Allheinz. Beautiful body shot.

Allheinz has closed the distance and engaged Bradshaw in a clinch.
Bradshaw keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Allheinz's efforts to push away.
Bradshaw tries to work over Allheinz's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Allheinz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Bradshaw really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Diert Allheinz wasn't active enough on the ground.
Allheinz throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bradshaw counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bradshaw looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Allheinz is fending him off so far but Bradshaw persists. Nope, Allheinz circles away and we're back to standing.
Allheinz lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Allheinz pushes Bradshaw up against the cage in a clinch.

Allheinz manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Allheinz has his feet on Bradshaw's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Allheinz feints and as Bradshaw raises his hands in defense, Allheinz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Allheinz is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bradshaw is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bradshaw has escaped and now he's on top!
Allheinz is pulling down on Bradshaw's head. It's preventing any offense from Bradshaw, at least for the moment.

Allheinz ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Allheinz no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Allheinz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bradshaw can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Diert Allheinz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Allheinz shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Bradshaw manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Allheinz drops back looking for a leg! Bradshaw is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bradshaw manages to kick Allheinz off! Allheinz jumps back into Bradshaw's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bradshaw keeping moving, preventing Allheinz from controlling successfully.

Bradshaw is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Allheinz trying to control the position from guard on top but Bradshaw is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bradshaw will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Diert Allheinz hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

It looks like Wilbur Bradshaw has been cut.
Allheinz is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Bradshaw hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
