The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dust connects with a nice looking jab.
Dust closes the distance and clinches. Dust is leaning against Hagush and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Dust scores with a shoulder strike. Dust is leaning against Hagush and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Hagush takes a shot to the head. Dust throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Dust is leaning against Hagush and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Hagush struggles to land a body shot inside as Dust controls his hands.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Dust. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hagush is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dust to keep the fight standing. Hagush jumps guard but Dust stands there with Hagush around his waist. Hagush gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Hagush tries to work over Dust's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Hagush is looking to break free of the clinch but Dust has double underhooks. Hagush has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Dust is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Hagush lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Dust just misses with a elbow thrown towards Hagush's brow. Hagush decides to pull guard. Dust wants to control from the top but Hagush keeps moving. Dust is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dust working some strikes from top position. Hagush looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Dust cracks Hagush with a solid left hand. Dust is in close to Hagush's body, working some short punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dust wants to control from the top but Hagush keeps moving. Dust with a flurry of punches that miss. Dust controlling from the top position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Dust advances position into side control! The referee asks Dust politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Dust prefers to stall for the moment though. Dust wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hagush keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hagush tries to improve position but can't. Dust moves into full mount! Dust lands a heavy elbow. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hagush tries to hold on but Dust pushes him away. Hagush is trying desperately to improve position. Dust lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hagush is looking to get to half guard. Dust lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Star Dust dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Horrible takedown attempt by Hagush or perhaps it was just good defense by Dust, which made it look bad. Dust dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hagush. That did some damage! Dust displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hagush. Hagush has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruslan Hagush. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dust misses with a head kick.

Hagush shoots in for a double leg but Dust sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Dust smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Dust feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Hagush's calf. Hagush dives in and grabs Dust's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dust pushes down on Hagush's head and hops out. Dust tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Hagush shoots in for a takedown but Dust shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dust lands a leg kick that knocks Hagush off balance momentarily. Dust lands the left hand. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jab from Dust. Dust lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dust shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Dust showed some decent athleticism there. Dust has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Dust wants to free his trapped foot but Hagush is holding on for dear life with his legs. Star Dust has got the better of the ground game so far. Dust is thwarting Hagush's attempts to control the position. Hagush wants to get back to full guard. Hagush is staying active underneath Dust, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Dust looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Dust prevents Hagush from improving his position. Dust tries to pass to full mount but Hagush defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dust is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Hagush has managed to free his arm - good work. Dust is figuring out what he wants to do next. Dust stops Hagush from getting back to his feet.

Hagush might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Dust wants to pass to mount but Hagush is defending the position. This has been an exciting period of action! Dust is trying to control. Hagush wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dust moves nicely into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dust trying to control the position but Hagush is working away. Hagush is trying to improve his position. Dust wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hagush keeps working. Dust might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hagush haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Hagush defending against the ground and pound. An elbow from Dust crashes against the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dust throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Hagush works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Hagush trying to control from the bottom.
Dust throwing shots but Hagush is blocking nicely. Hagush won't allow Dust to pass to mount. Hagush wants to control but Dust is keeping busy and won't allow it. Dust is looking to take a break and control but Hagush is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Dust is thwarting Hagush's attempts to control the position. Dust takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Star Dust has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Sloppy strikes from Hagush. Those never looked like landing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Star Dust showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ruslan Hagush. Dust throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Dust stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Hagush needs to keep his hands up - Dust had a free shot at his head there. Hagush takes a swing at Dust's ribcage but misses. Hagush looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Dust has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Dust throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hagush tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dust is in Hagush's guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dust is stalling in the full guard. Hagush trying to control the position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hagush has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruslan Hagush. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily. A jab from Dust does it's job there. Hagush closes the distance and clinches up with Dust, looking for a takedown. Hagush pushes Dust against the cage but Dust circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Hagush misses with a takedown attempt and Dust counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Hagush's guard now. Dust stays in close to Hagush's body and controls the position. That's three minutes gone in the round. Dust throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dust is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Dust wants to control from the top but Hagush keeps moving.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Star Dust wasn't active enough on the ground. Donk. Dust catches Hagush right on the button with a cross. Hagush misses with a takedown and Dust counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Ground and pound from Dust. Hagush avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dust. Dust missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Dust looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Dust not landing any meaningful shots this time. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dust looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dust lands with a punch from half guard. Dust looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dust thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Dust slips a nice elbow through Hagush's hands, connecting with Hagush's forehead. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Hagush looking for submissions off his back. Dust slows the pace down in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Star Dust comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dust has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
