Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skrumbo rushes Black and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Skrumbo breaks the clinch.
Black looking to score a takedown here. Skrumbo is defending well but Black drives through and ends up in Skrumbo 's guard.
Black stops Skrumbo from standing up.
Skrumbo working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Black.
Black pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Skrumbo is keeping the position for now.
Black has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Skrumbo pushes Black off and scrambles back to his feet.
Skrumbo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Black moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Black doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A nice combination there by Skrumbo .
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Skrumbo clinches with his opponent.

Skrumbo tries to break the clinch but Black is controlling the position.
Skrumbo breaks from the clinch.
Skrumbo darts in and clinches Black up against the cage.
A frustrated look appears on Black's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Skrumbo is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Skrumbo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Skrumbo breaks the clinch.
Skrumbo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Black moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Skrumbo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Skrumbo moves into the clinch successfully.
Skrumbo wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Skrumbo wants to get back to striking at distance but Black won't allow it.
Skrumbo can't break the clinch.
Black tries to circle away but Skrumbo has him pinned against the cage.
Black tries to break free but Skrumbo pushes him back against the cage.
Skrumbo looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Skrumbo lands a body punch in the clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Black tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Black doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Skrumbo .
Black jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Skrumbo walks away with a smile on his face. Black gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Black fails to land the takedown.
Black looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Skrumbo has Black up against the cage in a clinch.
Skrumbo is trying to break free.
Skrumbo wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Black has him pressed against the cage.
Skrumbo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Black throws a head kick that Skrumbo semi-blocks.
Black is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Skrumbo just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Black has gone limp and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Da Skrumbo !
Michael Black was interviewed post fight and said 'I've given my best. But the fight won the better. Glory to winner!'.
