The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McHughes jabs at Jordan's body.
Jordan throws a low kick but McHughes avoids it.
McHughes dodges the punch combination from Jordan.
Jordan throws a half hearted mid kick.
Jordan throws a leg kick that misses.
A head kick misses from Jordan.
Good standup being displayed there by McHughes as he connects with a hook.
McHughes throws a leg kick but Jordan sees it coming and moves out of range.
Jordan blocks a jab.
Jordan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jordan listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Jordan goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Jordan throws a head kick that McHughes semi-blocks.
McHughes lands an overhand right.
Jordan misses with a double jab
and McHughes counters with a slapping leg kick.
Jordan takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jordan throws a head kick that misses.
We've been told by Jordan's head coaches at Real Fighter GYM that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Jordan tries to bum rush McHughes with a series of wild strikes but McHughes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McHughes throws a solid leg kick but Jordan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at McHughes.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Jordan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Jordan is rocked!
McHughes connects with a superb combination that knocks Jordan out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles McHughes before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Jordan!

A relieved looking Nigel McHughes thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
