The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Palmer gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ramsey slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Palmer looking to control.
Palmer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Ramsey is stalling in the full guard.

Palmer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ramsey can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Ramsey sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Palmer's guard.
Ramsey moves into full mount! Palmer won't be happy about that!
Ramsey is looking to stand but Ramsey has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

Palmer is in a horrible position here. Ramsey smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Palmer is looking to improve his position but Ramsey isn't that keen on the idea.
Ramsey takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
