Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong throws a leg kick which misses Patrik's front leg but catches the back leg as Patrik tries to avoid it.
Patrik closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Patrik has clasped his hands together around Wong's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Wong really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
You can see the frustration on Wong's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Patrik cracks Wong with a big right hand but Wong just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Patrik seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Patrik working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wong doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wong manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
