Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jerrell Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Kadek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jerrell Young!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Adam Kadek!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Hirohito Nitta.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Young gets caught napping as Kadek dives in and scores a takedown. Young manages to retain guard.

Young wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Kadek fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Young sprawls well initially but Kadek persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Young is staying active underneath Kadek, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Kadek takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Kadek seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Young does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Young is trying to stand up here but Kadek is controlling him well.

Young is looking for a sweep. Kadek is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kadek has hold of Young's hands but Young slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Well, if Young is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Young throws a strike but Kadek avoids it easily and moves to full guard.

Young gets to his feet - Kadek follows without any prompting.

Kadek manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Young on his heels. He'll look to pass Young's guard now, I'm sure.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kadek passes Young's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Adam Kadek has got the better of the ground game so far.
Young looks like he's trying to stand up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Adam Kadek will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Adam Kadek is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Kadek looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Young with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Well Kadek has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
