Nurray had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Traff is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Nurray Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Traff's back instead.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Tony Traff.
